Prepared Childbirth (Patewood)

Taught by obstetric nurses, this class helps expectant parents understand the entire birth process, including coping with third-trimester discomforts, how to know when you are in labor, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, options for pain relief, and how to care for yourself postpartum.
