Prepared Childbirth Class Weeknight

This class is designed to meet the needs of expectant parents over 2 weeks on May 6th and 13th. The class includes what to expect during labor and delivery, a review of breathing and relaxation techniques to prepare for labor, and options for your birth experience. There will also be a tour of the BirthPlace. This class will cover any items discussed in the Q&A and also the tour of the Birthplace.
