Prepare Your Pelvic Floor For Birth
Your pelvic floor is essential during birth! It needs to relax and release tension to help your baby move through the pelvis more easily. However, many of us have overly tight pelvic floors. Instead of focusing on Kegels, let’s prioritize pelvic floor exercises that better support birth preparation. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn about pelvic floor anatomy and function, techniques to release tension, hip and thoracic mobility exercises, and effective relaxation strategies for birth.
