Hands-on PracticeThrough hands-on demonstrations and practical sessions, you will discover the secrets behind creating authentic Korean flavors. Learn about the key ingredients that form the foundation of Korean cuisine, such as gochujang (red chili paste) and doenjang (fermented soybean paste), and explore how they add depth and complexity to dishes.
