Prep Your Pet Mega ClinicEverything you need to keep your pet healthy and safe this summer!
This event is taking place at the Animal Care & Control Main shelter at 8315 Byrum Drive in Charlotte.
Clinic services will be offered from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
Please ensure you are in line by 10:45 a.m. as we will be unable to accommodate additional guests after that time.
Mecklenburg County Residents are eligible to receive the following Free Services:
Rabies vaccine (1-year) and (3-year) shots available, must have proof of current vaccine to receive a 3-year vaccine)
"kittens and puppies must be 4-months old to receive a rabies vaccine"

Heath exam with free core vaccines (while vaccine supplies last)
*Provided by Petco Love - Vaccinated and Loved Program
Microchip (includes free registration)
Pet I.D. Tag
Pet food and Pet goods (while supplies last)

Fee Waived Adoptions will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(fees are waived when a financial donation is made to support our shelter programs)

Microchip (includes registration)
4-weeks of free virtual in-home dog training by GoodPup
