PREP LIKE A PRO!!!Race prep with Raf Baugh!

Wherever you are in your training block and whatever you’re prepping for, Raf Baugh, superstar coach and WA athletic legend, is coming down to Freo on Wednesday October 8 to give us a short seminar on how to train and prep like a Pro.
Raf is one of W.A.’s most celebrated athletes and coaches. He has broad experience at an international level as an athlete, coach and physiotherapist. As Head Coach at FrontRunner, Raf and the Team work athletes from beginner to elite, junior to masters.
Whether you are following any of FTC’s training plans, an external plan, making it up as you go, or, especially, if you’re following Raf’s custom long distance (Busso 100 / 70.3) training plan, (available to all members Free!) this is a session you do not want to miss! Raf will break down the preparation and training process, explain how it all works, what to do, when to do it, and the philosophy behind the programming.
Whether you are training for your first or 50th triathlon, whether you’re looking to PB sprint distance or Full Distance Ironman, this session will provide you with clarity around your preparation and an insight to what Raf has learned as both an elite athlete and elite coach over a lifetime in sport.
