This workshop is designed to explore the tools to help a prenatal practitioner practice yoga during pregnancy in an empowering and safe way. You will walk away with a greater understanding of:
•Core strengthening exercises that CAN be done during pregnancy.
•Pelvic floor exercises to support the body during pregnancy and prepare for birth.
•Sensation poses and breath exercises to help prepare for labor.
•What to Avoid, Skip or Customize in a Yoga practice during Pregnancy.
(Modifications and variations for poses that may not be safe or comfortable will be offered.)
Moms-to-be, moms that hope to be and any support team are welcome to sign up, as well as yoga instructors who want to better empower and provide resources for their students during their prenatal journey.
