This two hour workshop is for those pregnant (or planning to become) who want to know how yoga can benefit their pregnancy. No previous experience necessary. All props provided.You will learn ways to build strength, encourage relaxation, reduce discomfort, and build resiliencey to prepare for birth and beyond!
You can maintain your current yoga practice by learning safe modifications of common yoga poses or start a yoga routine for a healthier pregnancy physically, mentally and emotionally.
