About this Event
Held outdoors with appropriate social distancing, we are happy to bring back our popular Prenatal Yoga Series!
This class will use postures, breathing techniques and meditation to help ease pregnancy aches. It will prepare your body for delivery and improve your chances for a smoother recovery.
Various props will be used to help ease into positions more comfortably. This class will also focus on the empowering mother to be; helping to create a strong foundation of confidence for her day of labor.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle with you to class. You may also consider bringing a pillow for comfort, if you would like.
The class is offered for healthy pregnant women. If you have had any vaginal bleeding, hypertension, are on bedrest or if you are in your last trimester and have not been physically active up until this point, please consult your OB or midwife for permission to do yoga before signing up.
If you are on bedrest, even if only partial, please do not attend.
