Whether you’re newly pregnant, nearing birth, or simply wanting a calm, grounding space to connect with your changing body — you are welcome here. 🤍This gentle prenatal class is designed to support you through all stages of pregnancy and birth preparation. No previous yoga experience is needed. We will move slowly, breathe deeply, and create space for you to feel held and supported — physically, emotionally, and in community.
What to Expect:
Gentle, safe movement to ease tension in the hips, low back, and pelvic floor
Breath practices that support both pregnancy and labor
Strengthening postures to help prepare the body for birth
Soothing stretches to help reduce swelling and discomfort
A soft space to connect with other mothers — you’re not in this alone
A closing connection circle to share, ask questions, or simply receive support
Why This Matters:
Prenatal yoga has been shown to improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, increase strength and endurance needed for childbirth, and decrease common discomforts in pregnancy. It also supports a smoother postpartum recovery and can help decrease the intensity of postpartum depression and anxiety.
Led by:
Erin McNaughton — birth doula, yoga teacher, and mother. Erin has a grounded, nurturing presence and brings deep experience in supporting women through pregnancy, labor, and beyond.
