This is an intentional workshop which works on the following individual, progressive themes each week:
- Connection
- Pelvic floor & more
- Strengthening
- Grounding
- Nurturing safe space
We will be doing functional movements to improve strength, yoga asana for grounding and mobility, breathwork for pelvic floor engagement, meditation to calm our mind, yoga nidra, sound bath, sharing circle, partner work, some education on anatomy and pain & anxiety alleviation skills and so much more.

About the facilitator: Angora has 13 years of experience with yoga and is a RYT, RPYT, certified singing bowl healer and birth doula. Committed to teaching yoga as an embodied experience from trauma-informed approach, she is a firm believer that yoga is a transformative and transcending lifestyle for higher realization.
