This Prenatal yoga class will include just the right amount of invigoration and rejuvenation. We will challenge our minds & bodies to tap into not only our physical strength but also our inner willpower.Practice will incorporate mindfulness & movement techniques to help us prepare for the wonders of birth & baby's arrival earthside too. There will be elements of mantra, pranayama, meditation and active as well as restorative postures to encourage relaxation & balance.
*Class sizes are limited so pre-registration is required*
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE OKAY FROM YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER BEFORE BEGINNING ANY YOGA REGIMEN.
Please dress in comfy clothes and bring anything you think you might need. We will have props available (blankets, blocks, bolsters, mats and straps) but if you prefer to bring your own, please do!
Please feel free to bring snacks or a drink. We will also have water available. You can take a food or bathroom break anytime during class or just simply rest. Please listen to your body and don't do anything too strenuous.
**If you are feeling sick or unwell for any reason, please do NOT come to class for the safety of the other students. Please only attend when you are feeling 100% better! Thanks for understanding!**
