About this Event
Participating in prenatal yoga can be one of the greatest gifts you give yourself and your baby during pregnancy. We will strengthen the bonds between your mind, body, breath, and most importantly the budding soul within.
Our class welcomes all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. We will gather around a weekly theme and weave it through our movement practice, asana. This is where we check in with the body: connecting to the core, opening and strengthening the whole body, and addressing the typical aches or pains that may arise throughout pregnancy.
The class will be led by Yoga Alliance–certified prenatal yoga teacher and birth doula Kaden Harrington. The space is provided by Oasis PT & Pelvic Floor Therapy, owned by Sonya Worthy-Okolo, who offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation to all class participants.
