Prenatal Yoga - 6 week series w/ KaylaNurture your pregnant body and bond with your growing baby as you move through postures to work on overall strength and flexibility to support your journey into motherhood and postpartum.
You will learn breathing techniques to help relax you throughout your pregnancy, and to use during labour and birth. You will also meet and bond with other women who are on the same journey as you, in a welcoming and supportive environment 🖤
Suitable for all levels and stages of pregnancy; no previous Yoga experience required.

- WHEN: Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm
- DATES: November 7th - December 12th
- WHERE: Unheated Room
- INVESTMENT: $120+hst | a drop in rate of $29+hst will be available if there is space
- WHAT TO BRING IN STUDIO: yoga mat & water (all other props provided)
- minimum 6 participants
- maximum 24 participants
- pre-registration is recommended as space is limited
