Join us for this 4-week Prenatal Yoga series that offers the opportunity to relax, create space, and build strength and flexibility, while in community with other pregnant folks. You will learn specific yoga poses and breath techniques that help ease aches and discomforts during pregnancy and cultivate strength, length and release in the body to prepare you for labor and postpartum. Each class will offer an inspirational theme and will include physical movement, useful breathing practices, relaxation and calming techniques, and an emphasis on mind/body awareness. Connect with other pregnant people to share resources, questions, ideas, and challenges. The series is open to people in all stages of pregnancy and welcomes all levels of yoga experience, including beginners!Dates: 2/6, 2/13, 2/27, 3/6
