Pregnancy takes so much physical and emotional strength. You're growing an entirely new human with your own body, after all! Meet-up with other people who are also putting in the hard work of pregnancy. Begin to build friendships and connect with folks who are due around the same time as you! Our Pregnancy Support Group is a free, inclusive space for pregnant people to gather together and share in the joys and challenges of this exciting time in your lives!
This group meets on the first Monday evening of each month at 6:30 p.m. Bring your own dinner/snacks and gather with other pregnant people at our office for a circle of support and conversation. The group is facilitated by experienced birth and postpartum doulas, who will guide the participants through a focused discussion on topics relevant to this point in your life, while leaving ample time for check-ins and sharing.
This group, like everything we do at Emerald Doulas, is inclusive of all families and trans-affirming.
It is open to anyone in our community, Em Do client or not, who is currently pregnant.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Because of extra health and safety precautions to prevent the spread of illness, we require that everyone in our space wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth.
