Prenatal Pilates and Guided RelaxationClasses are 75 minutes on Saturdays at 9.30am for 6 weeks. 5th & 12th October are skipped due to a prior commitment.
This wonderful 6 week programme is a non-nonsense approach to prenatal wellbeing and preparation, suitable for all pregnancies and however your baby is delivered. Preparation not only for the birth, but also and as importantly, the recovery.
We focus so much on the birth, we often neglect to give the early weeks of parenthood and our personal recovery as much attention as it deserves and really needs. Prenatal Pilates focuses greatly on our core and pelvic health, strengthening our body and aiding us to achieve the best recovery irrespective of how we deliver our baby.
These 75 min sessions include Pilates to strengthen and prepare the body, guided relaxation and breathing techniques to strengthen and prepare the mind. Sessions include time to connect with other local expectant mummies over quality branded refreshments. As with all H&B sessions, class sizes are kept small to ensure adequate 1:1 support. Suitable during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Gift vouchers available. Partners are not included on these sessions.
