Embark on an empowering journey through pregnancy in our small group Prenatal Personal Training series 🤰✨ 💪

Join Nest’s certified personal trainer Ingrid and others in their pregnancy journeys and learn safe, effective exercises to maintain strength and fitness throughout your pregnancy. Continual exercise throughout your pregnancy can help elevate your mobility, mood, and self-image. Modifications will be given based on each individual’s fitness level. All levels of experience are welcome!
