Pregnancy comes with a lot of changes to the pregnant body. Yoga is a great way to gently help your body adapt as it changes, while reducing tension that can contribute to low back and neck pain. Taught by Amber Kenmuir, a Yoga Alliance certified instructor, as well as licensed chiropractor, these classes are limited to 6 students per class, ensuring you get the guidance you need.
