These classes are designed to assist women and their partners in preparing for the birth of their baby. We recommend this during the second trimester of pregnancy. These classes include:
- Coping with labor
- Relaxation methods
- Pain management options
- Basic newborn care
- Car seat education
- A tour of the women's center

Classes are located on the 4th floor of the SSM Health Good Samaritan Family Lounge just outside of the Women's Center.

Registration notes:
- Please put ALL maternity registrations in the expectant mother's name. Do not register guests.
- Students should call to register for classes. Inform the operator when calling.
- Classes are limited to 7 expectant mothers.
