DeTar North’s childbirth education class uses a comprehensive and engaging approach to prepare expectant parents for the journey through late pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum care. It covers a broad spectrum of topics, from birth planning and medical procedures to practical aspects of newborn care and comfort measures during labor. We tour the labor and delivery department and spend time in a labor room understanding equipment and labor positioning.
