About this Event
In this supportive class, we will address the unique effects and stresses of pregnancy, birth, and caring for babies. Classes are designed to create community, relieve physical discomforts and bonding with babies. Meditation, asana and deep breathing techniques will help you re-discover yourself in your new role and help you find physical and emotional strength and energy to meet childbirth and parenthood. All trimesters and postnatal with pre-crawling babies are welcome!
We recommend you wait a minimum of 4-6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8-10 weeks after a cesarean birth before beginning your postnatal practice. Please have the okay from your medical care provider(s).
Bring a soft blanket for baby to lay on and any of baby's favorite toys. Strollers can be parked inside the studio.
For the safety of the babies in this class all adults must wear masks. We run air filters and a fan. Doors will be open for additional air flow when possible.
Limit 24 people. This class requires proof of full vaccination.
