About this Event
When Europe and the United States battle for food supremacy, there can only be one winner - you! Europe's food culture is deeply rooted in tradition.
After hundreds of years of cheese, beer and wine production, there is no question that Europe boasts some of the best cheeses in the world. However, while Europe often remains focused on preserving historical practices, America has launched into the artisan cheese, beer and wine scene with a great deal of fervor and inspiration.
These creative American producers often use traditional European techniques with their own twist, constantly re-working and perfecting their own recipes.
This class will be an in-depth tasting which will challenge your palate and make you question who reigns supreme! Tradition or innovation? That will be up to you to decide!
