Andiamo! Come learn the art of ravioli making and Sunday sauce. This class will include both hands-on and tasting components!
About this Event

Fresh pasta is wonderfully simple, yet sumptuously decadent. Have you been tempted to make it but put it off because it seems complicated? Time consuming? Or needs special equipment?

In reality, pasta making is straightforward! Made with only a few wholesome ingredients, many pasta shapes require no fancy tools. In this class, you will start as an active participant. During the first half hour, participants will work with fresh ingredients, learn what a proper dough feels like, and form their own dough. You will take this dough home with you at the end of class so that you can continue pasta making from home!

Next, our chefs will teach how to make and fill the ravioli followed by how to make the Sunday sauce. Guests will have the opportunity to try making the ravioli with advice and feedback from the chefs.

We are confident that you'll leave this class feeling like pasta and sauce making are accessible skills.

This class will take place at our Cambridge location on Sunday, March 9th at 5:30PM.

To fully participate in the class:

1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as dough making, pasta, sauces, wine, and accompaniments for one.

2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 5:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).

3. This is an event for those who are 21+. We will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
