About this Event
Celebrate with us! There are few treats that trigger a festive mood like caviar and sparkling wine, and we're going to be generous with both this evening. Though caviar is simply fish roe and a few grapes are all it takes to make sparkling wine, both delicacies are nuanced, varied, and complex, and come with volumes of cultural history. But we won't stop here! We'll also offer oysters to lift this evening a notch higher. We will share our favorite varieties of each, discussing the unique factors that influence flavors and textures, and leaving you with plenty of inspiration for the new year.
This class will take place at our Huron Ave location on Saturday, December 7th at 7:30pm.
To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a oysters, caviar, premiere champagne, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. Class will be held in the educational area behind the scenes of the shop. Instructors will be there to guide and welcome you to the space.This will be a seated event that will last for about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This is an event for those who are 21+. We will check IDs at the door.
