About this Event
When it comes to wine and cheese, France is a global titan. Home to some of the world's greatest food and drink, it's hard to challenge their rightful place atop the culinary throne...but not impossible, and the USA is ready to take on the challenge.
With a world-class wine and cheese culture and some of the most exciting producers in the industry, the Stars & Stripes are gunning for the title and you're invited. Sample French cheeses and wines pitted against their American counterparts and vote for your favorites. There's a catch, though - you won't know which is which until after voting. It's éclairs versus apple pie! Bordeaux versus Napa Valley! France vs. USA in a Formaggio Kitchen show down!
At this premiere event, you'll be treated to the best Formaggio Kitchen has to offer in terms of food,drinks, instruction, and attention from our cheesemongers, chef, and wine buyer. You'll be seated in our retail location and enjoy the company of your fellow foodies and of our expert staff.
To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Class will begin promptly at 5:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reach out to [email protected] before the day of your class if you or a member of your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
