This is Panahi’s first film after serving a prison sentence in Iran, and it is yet another powerful masterpiece. A dark satire about morality, abuse of power, and repressed memories. Master director Jafar Panahi won the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year with IT WAS JUST AN ACCIDENT.
