Join us for a friendship tournament where all 3 PMA locations meet together to compete and challenge each other to achieve new levels. To compete is to win, meaning that every time you challenge yourself you will grow. Meet new friends from all over Phoenix. Enjoy a day of martial arts!

We either WIN or we LEARN is a philosophy we teach our students. Learning how to deal with lifes challenges and overcome sometimes big emotions. During regular class we practice our skills for self defense and performance growth. Now taking those skills to a fun competitive level will encourage our students to prepare with practice at home and to increase their focus and efforts in class.

• All ages and levels are encouraged to compete! We have a beginner, intermediate, and advance division.

• A tournament schedule will be released after the registration deadline. NO LATE registrations will be accepted due to logistics.
