Warmly welcome all pregnant women and people, who have had a 3 month scan, to this class. Find your tribe early on your motherhood journey, in this safe space, connecting with like-minded Mums. Open to beginners and more advanced yoginis. A combination of yoga, breathing, relaxation techniques are offered to help nurture you to be more present in your pregnancy as well as prepare you for birth whether that be natural or c-section. If you block book 6 weeks it is £60 (this discount is applied at checkout so don't pay attention when it says £90) but there is an option for drop in places available at £15 per class. If you miss more than 2 classes per 6 week block then it is better to choose select dates and pay for an individual class. If finances are a barrier please email me and we can come to an arrangement
