This 6 day course offers a thorough grounding in teaching specialist pregnancy yoga as well as a unique synthesis of many less widely taught aspects of pregnancy yoga. It will enable teachers to meet the needs of pregnant students who come to pregnancy both with an existing yoga practice, as well as those who are new to yoga.⭐️ What Will I Learn?⭐️
? how to design and teach appropriate yoga classes and private sessions to all pregnant women, including those with previous yoga experience and practice and those who are new to yoga, as well as those in the early postnatal stage
? how to teach a full range of holistic yoga techniques that enhance a woman’s experience of pregnancy as a preparation for motherhood, and in the immediate postnatal period, including asana, paired asana, pranayama, nada yoga, mudra, bandha, mantra, prana vidya, dharana, meditation, and pratyahara through yoga nidra (deep relaxation);
? how to understand the philosophical and spiritual basis of yoga in the context of the emotional journey towards birth and motherhood, and to use that understanding as the basis of all pregnancy yoga teaching, and for the immediate period of postnatal recovery.

On successful fulfilment of all course requirements you will receive a Yogacampus Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.
??? About your Tutor:
Janine has taught hugely popular pregnancy yoga and kids' yoga classes in Manchester since 2005. As well being a qualified general yoga and mother and baby yoga teacher, and has also managed the children's yoga programme at the Independent Yoga Network festival. Janine has been assisting Uma Dinsmore-Tuli on Northern trainings and workshops since 2011.
