Our FREE Pregnancy Yoga classes offer a safe, effective and integrated form of yoga specially adapted for you to practice from fourteen weeks up until the birth of your baby.This deep but gentle bodywork helps you to develop physical strength and suppleness while the breathing awareness, at the heart of all teaching, will enable you to relax and focus more deeply. Weekly attendance will help to boost your confidence and think more positively as you approach birth and motherhood.
