Relax and prepare mentally and physically for birth and beyond in a warm and welcoming environment. Join Jolan, Registered Perinatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) and emerging doula, for a day of gentle prenatal yoga, grounding meditation, nourishing vegetarian food, restorative yoga and relaxing yoga nidra. Give yourself the gift of some ‘me-time’, bond with your baby and connect with other mums-to-be.Important considerations:
· Open to mums-to-be from 12 weeks after conception until birth (mums in the past have attended at 40 weeks/in their 10th moon)
· This day retreat is suitable for all pregnant women, whether or not you have done yoga before. It’s also suitable for first-time mums, as well as second/third/fourth etc time mums!
· Studio is located upstairs so please allow time to slowly ascend (especially if experiencing Symphysis Pubis Diastasis of Sacro-Iliac Joint pain)
· Please bring any items you may need (e.g. water bottle)
· Wear comfortable layers of clothing
· All yoga mats and props are provided
