These classes are a mixture of Pilates : for toning and core strength, combined with free flowing movements of yoga, to open up the body, soothe muscles and aid relaxation. Combined with meditation and breathing, this is the perfect class to guide you into a healthy and relaxed pregnancy, and prepare the body for birth and beyond.
