In Emma’s classes, she combines movement, breathing, and meditation practices to support you as your body changes throughout pregnancy and prepare you for labour and the postnatal period. Her classes help you connect with your unborn child. They have a calming effect, which in turn, is transmitted to your baby.
Attention is given to maintaining strength and flexibility, as well as specific techniques to help your baby find the best position for labour, to ease back pain, pelvic pain, and other common pregnancy-related complaints. Emma also weaves into the sessions active birth positions, pelvic floor preparation, breathing techniques, and some birth education.
It’s a great way to bond with your baby, prepare for labour, and by attending classes, you get to feel part of a community of pregnant mothers.
