Pregnancy Yoga CourseWednesdays 17:30 - 19:00 | 90-minute classes
Take time to connect with your body, baby, and a supportive community of women. Each 90-minute session has a unique theme, integrating movements, mindful relaxation, and group discussion. After class, enjoy a calming tea and a reflection task to continue the mindfulness at home. Our classes balance soothing stretches and dynamic movements, helping you build strength and connection to your body.
Course Details: Our course focuses on: our yoga practice to feel your best during pregnancy, practical movements and breathing techniques to help you prepare for birth, and building your motherhood community.
The course will go through physical yoga postures, meditation techniques and breath work to help support your body through from pregnancy to postpartum. The asana, or physical postures, help to build strength and stamina, improve circulation and regulate breathing. As you stretch, you will learn to relax, and begin to trust your own innate wisdom. Class always ends in a calming relaxation with cool lavender face towels - a perfect way to end the practice.
Classes are suitable throughout pregnancy, though many women start in their second trimester and continue until their due date. Whether your focus is on building strength and confidence, or relaxation and meditation, you can find the space to feel supported during each and every class.
About Bethany: This course is led by Bethany Kokaia, a registered prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, EYRT 200 registered teacher, and mother of two. She has been teaching yoga full-time for 10 years and during this time has worked with hundreds of women leading her popular pregnancy and mamma baby yoga programs in-person and online.

Your investment: 1800 SEK for the 6-week courses, or 1200 for the November 4-week course
