Pregnancy yoga class weekly Mondays and Wednesdays 6.30 to 7.45pm from w/c 3rd June to w/c 15th July inclusive (no classes w/c 17th June). Cost £65 for 6 sessions. Ideal from 14 weeks right up to 40 weeks. Beginners welcome. Relaxed and friendly yoga classes where you can learn to move safely and with ease during your pregnancy, relieve minor ailments, learn how to breathe with more ease and have regular time to relax. Great way too to meet other pregnant women! All equipment provided unless you prefer to bring your own mat and cushions.
