Prenatal and Newborn Class (RN-Led) – Albany, OregonJoin me for a gentle, supportive prenatal class designed to help you feel confident and prepared for the rest of your pregnancy, birth, and those first weeks at home with your newborn. This class is taught by a Registered Nurse and takes place in the Reimer Room at Samaritan Albany General Hospital (1046 6th Ave SW, Albany, OR 97321).
Class Details:
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
For Couples: Price includes one couple—you and a partner or support person of your choice. Additional attendees will need to purchase a separate ticket.
Payment Options: FSA and HSA funds are welcome. I can provide documentation for reimbursement if needed.
What to Bring: Your own lunch and any drinks you like. I’ll provide coffee, water, and light snacks to keep you comfortable throughout the day.

Timing Tip: Most families find 30–32 weeks ideal for attending, but you are welcome to join whenever feels right for you—earlier or later in your pregnancy.
Note on Breastfeeding: Breastfeeding is covered in a separate prenatal feeding class, so you can receive focused guidance and support. You can see upcoming sessions on my Upcoming Classes schedule and add this to your preparation if you’d like.
