An innovative 6 week course exploring pregnancy yoga, pilates, and exercise education.More than just a yoga course, this course will include an in depth exploration of movement to support you during pregnancy - the do's and don'ts of exercise while pregnant, pelvic floor care, as well as building a toolbox to assist in mental wellbeing through practises like flotation therapy, breath work and meditation.
Your teacher will be the highly skilled Julia who has two wee ones of her own and is passionate about providing evidence based pregnancy care and education. Julia floated during her second pregnancy and can attest to the many benefits of floating while pregnant.
Pregnancy + will include six weeks of classes on Thursday nights from 7-8pm beginning 1st September. Each participant will also receive one complimentary float session (needs to be used within three months of the course). Optional herbal tea after class.
The course is $120 for the six weeks, plus a float! Bookings are essential, no one off classes, this is sold as a course.
