💞 6pm-7:15 pm in my gorgeous studio, Halliwell Street, Chorley
💞 These sessions have proven to start a journey of not just pregnancy but gorgeous links of support and friendships long after your baby is born.
💞 My studio allows you to be supported through your pregnancy, birth and beyond, each and every treatment or session I support, holds this unique space for you, where you feel a part of your birthing journey and not just going through the motions.

💞 Time to relax, breath, give yourself some permission to unwind and bond with your baby for an over an hour
💞 Relaxation is so important during pregnancy as it helps to teach you how to intuitively relax when your in labour
💞 The more relaxed you are the less tension you hold, the more you can then work with your pain sensations, they may even be more reduced. This can massively support you towards a more positive birth experience however you birth.
💞 Comfy beanbags under twinkly lights, blankets and pillows. no hard floors or having to bring your own blankets or roll mats
💞Refreshments and biscuits.
💞 Meet other expectant parents/mummas and build friendships that last long after your baby is born
💞 Bitesize hypnobirthing discussions and info to get you more confident and calm and see how it can support you and your birth experience
💞Relaxing hypnosis to help you bond with your baby and affirm positive birthing language to update those scary beliefs you may have of birth.
