Buds & Blossom bring you Pregnancy Prenatal Yoga classes. These classes support expecting mothers to have a happy healthy pregnancy. Pregnancy is a time where we need more connection and support than usual. Our Pregnancy yoga classes are designed to:
• Bring comfort to pregnancy
• Prepare you for a positive birthing experience
• Keep you fit and healthy
• Build a support network and community.
After each class we share specially selected pregnancy tea, along with fresh fruit, and come together to connect.
No previous yoga experience needed. All equipment is provided by the studio, just come along and wear something you find comfortable.
Our Pregnancy Prenatal Yoga classes take place every Monday at 5.15pm.

Pregnant women may want to avoid Yoga during their first trimester – come and join our classes once you are beyond the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy.
