Through gentle exercises and stretches, we aim to improve your flexibility and strength while providing a relaxing environment to connect with other moms-to-be. No matter your fitness level, this class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Come move, stretch, and bond with your baby bump! We will learn tips for planning and going through birth as well as postpartum tips for health.
