Family Tree Yoga & Wellness Presents our Monthly Pregnancy Cirlcle
As you prepare to welcome your baby, our monthly Pregnancy Circle offers a grounding, heart-centered space to reflect, release, and ready yourself for the final stages of pregnancy and the transition into birth.
Led by Kimberly Motill, a compassionate Perinatal Wellness Coach, this group is designed to support you emotionally, mentally, and physically as you move closer to labor and postpartum. It’s a space to slow down, be heard, and feel held in community.
In November's Circle, you will create birth affirmation cards to use through pregnancy, labor, birth and beyond.
This workshop designed to uplift and empower you on your pregnancy journey. In this nurturing session, we’ll explore the power of positive affirmations to cultivate a sense of calm, confidence, and joy as you prepare for birth and motherhood.
We’ll start with a gentle introduction to how affirmations can support your well-being, followed by a reflective journaling exercise to help you discover the words that resonate most with you. Then, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own set of personalized affirmation cards, turning your positive intentions into beautiful, tangible reminders.
No artistic experience is necessary—just bring yourself and an open heart. We’ll provide all the materials and a cozy, supportive space. Leave with a set of empowering cards and a renewed sense of positivity for your pregnancy journey.
