Come and join myself and other qualified midwives who have a truly holistic approach, a passion for informed decisions and a deep drive to bring together the tools for supporting women and their partners, to navigate the challenge that is giving birth in an age of increasing intervention and distrust in women's bodies.

�Partner workshops dedicated to supporting and understanding your experience of pregnancy, labour, birth and new parenthood, how to be a supportive partner, to understand what they're going through, how to advocate for them and how to build your own solid bond with your baby outside of being the feeding parent

�pregnancy, labour, birth,
�options, guidelines, pain relief, �physiological, instrumental and cesarean birth, birth planning, what to pack,
��infant feeding, sleep expectations, bathing, dressing,
�safe sleep, nappies and how to manage as a team and more!
��Set in the deep nature setting of Wareham Forest, with access to forest walks, a forest sauna, cold plunge and forest shower and nutritious snacks and lunch provided both days
