What to Expect:
✨ 3:00–4:00 PM – Dr. Melanie Llanes
Pelvic health physical therapist Dr. Llanes will guide you through key physical and physiological changes during pregnancy and postpartum. You’ll learn strategies for birth preparation with breathwork, pelvic floor awareness, and movement. She will also share insights on postpartum recovery, core rehabilitation, and empowering ways to make informed decisions about your perinatal care.
✨ 4:00–5:00 PM – Lydia Wei
Yoga teacher Lydia Wei will lead you through a safe and supportive pregnancy yoga practice. You’ll explore restorative poses and mindful movement that nurture your body during pregnancy while offering grounding techniques to carry into your postpartum journey.
By the end of this workshop, you will:
