Pregnancy and new mum and babies soundbaths( For those 12 weeks pregnant and over and babies over 6 weeks - you are welcome to bring younger babies at your discretion)Limited to 10 spaces for £20 ( these are monthly sessions)
These sounds baths are designed to help you and your babies relax and rejuvenate by listening to calming sounds such as gongs, singing bowls, the Native American flute, ocean and shamanic drums, wind chimes and more.
These instruments have an ability to heal and induce a relaxed sleep-like state. 20 minutes of a sound bath is equivalent to 2 hours of sleep and we encourage you to relax with your babies and allow the sounds to wash or bathe over you.
Bring whatever makes you comfy, you can lay and feed your babies or have them next to you, so a yoga mat, cushions and blanket. This will be a safe space, as a mother of four myself, you will have my utmost support and respect.
Sessions will be 90 minutes. Movement and noise is welcome and to be expected - babies are funny like that 😘

Arrive at 12 o'clock to settle - we are in the Annex at Sherwood Community Centre - there is side access to right of main entrance and a safe space to put pram/carseat and shoes/bags etc
