No one plans for this or knows how to navigate life after loss. You can feel confused, angry, lost...your heart is completely shattered. You wonder, when will this pain stop, change or just lighten a little bit? Is there something wrong with me? Why can't my family and friends just understand? The weight of it all can be suffocating.
You might have a wonderful support network or maybe you don't. Maybe you do but you just wish you could connect with someone that truly understands what you are going through -- somewhere you can sit and talk about your pregnancy, baby or child and not feel judged.
