You'll run approximately 4 kilometres (out and back) through Kains Woods (park at the end of Westdel Bourne and head down to the trail area to start).Prior to running, you'll predict your finishing time. No timing devices are allowed. This means no watches, no phones, no pacers, etc.
The two runners who finish the closest to their predicted finishing time will receive a free individual race entry to either the Foolish Fox or The Howling Ghost (runner's choice).
The rules:
1) Send me your predicted finishing time by Thursday, April 25th at [email protected].
2) Run. Don't time your run!
3) I will call out your finishing time as you finish.
4) Remember your time.
5) Tell me your time.
Possibility of some post run social time at BackRoads following the run.
It doesn't matter how fast or slow you run, it's all about being the closest to your predicted time!
