So you've seen the carnivorous plant collection we have on display, but you've never seen the plants in action, how does it all work? Come get an in-depth look at the various mechanisms employed by carnivorous plants. And, even some of the beneficial relationships shared by these plants and other animals. Details on the Carnivorous Plant Show:
2nd Annual Show, for one weekend only, our Carnivorous Plant Show.
We have teamed up with our dear friend Chad Williams of Indiana Insectivores to create a stunning display of predator plants in the Gazebo Room. In the Conservatory you will then get to see our personal diverse carnivorous plant collection, with educational signage about each plant. We have native Indiana predator plants as well as our usual plethora of tropical ones. This is a display you won't want to miss.
There will also be carnivorous plants for sale.
Admission is $7 per person | $15 per family (with cash or card, at the door only!)
