Come join the pre-winter fun. If you're local or within driving distance; you're invited to have a chilly, but exciting trekking jaunt on Peavine mountain here in Reno, NV at the Keystone East Trailhead just off of North McCarren Avenue. Gear: compass, winter garbage, nutrition/hydration, crampons (highly recommended in case of snow) and a total numbness to cold (haha). Oh, and trekking poles.There'll be cocoa afterward.
