We’re so excited to share that our much-loved Pre-Teen Retreat is back! At Pretty Bold we run programs and retreats designed to empower girls around the changes in their brains and bodies, focusing on beliefs, confidence and what's actually going on for them at such a critical developmental stage.
After an amazing response to our programmes (and a waitlist that keeps growing!), we wanted to make sure no one misses out on the chance to experience what Pretty Bold is all about. connection, confidence, and empowerment.
This one-day retreat is designed to help girls feel confident in their minds and bodies as they navigate the changes of growing up and prepare for their teen years and beyond.
What we’ll explore:
🧠 Brain changes & self-support — understanding what’s happening in their brains and how to support themselves.
💭 Beliefs & mindset — recognising negative self-talk and building a positive mindset.
🌸 Period power — learning about their cycle in an empowering, confidence-building way.
💖 Identity & confidence — tools to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
🌿 Healthy habits — looking after mind, body, and spirit.
📱 Social media & media literacy — understanding comparison, what’s real vs. fake, and creating a positive digital world.
The day is fun, interactive, and age-appropriate, with connection and empowerment at the heart of everything we do.
